SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing TIFCO - The Iyers Food Company. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
* All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
* All orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of placing the order.
* Delivery times may vary depending on the destination pin code and the courier service. TIFCO is not liable for external delays caused by the courier.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
* Flat Rate: ₹60 for all orders below ₹500.
* Free Shipping: Available for all orders with a total value of ₹500 or more.

4. ORDER TRACKING
* Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. This number can be used to monitor the status of the delivery on the courier's website.
